Linda Belle Hulsey

Linda Hulsey, 79, of Park Hills, passed away January 2, 2026, at home. She was born November 13, 1946, in Frankclay, to the late Curtis Eugene and Ida Anna Belle (Cunningham) Lawson. 

She was a beautician for a short time, but her family and home were very important. She and Michael worked hard to make their place their dream home, that shows in the beautiful setting that they built together. Linda loved fishing, camping, cooking, but most of all she loved her family. “Grandma was the rock that held the family together.”

Along with her parents Linda is reunited in peace with her infant daughter; brother-in-law, Steve Yount; and two cherished son-in-laws, Jimmy Holdman and Jeff Sadler.

Linda leaves behind a legacy enriched by the love of her husband, Michael Hulsey, with whom she shared 60 years and 4 months of cherished memories. She is lovingly survived by her daughters, Tina Michelle (Lon Paul) Blair and Denise Ann (James) Bruce; her three grandchildren, Josh Sadler, Lauren Michelle Sadler, and Wyatt James Holdman; and her six great-grandchildren, who will carry her spirit forward. Her sisters, Connie Yount and Deborah Sue Lawson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, will hold her memory close to their hearts.

Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Memorials may be directed to the Leadwood First Church of God in her honor, ensuring that her light continues to shine in the hearts of others.
