Lloyd Richardson

          Lloyd Richardson, 82, of Desloge, passed away November 2, 2022, at his home surrounded by family.  He was born June 24, 1940, in Bonne Terre, to the late Ivan Chester and Bernice (Pinkston) Richardson.  Lloyd was a member of the Aulsbury Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Bonne Terre and Leadbelt Mason #83.  He was a honorary band director and North County Band Booster.  Lloyd was a huge supporter of Desloge baseball and Brightwell Park.  In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling on the senior men’s league.

          He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Doris Waller; and son in-law, Toby Miller.

          Lloyd is survived by his wife of 43 years, Edna Mae (Barron) Richardson; son, Kevin Richardson and wife Krysta; daughter, Melody Miller; grandchildren, Clark III and Silas Fithian; siblings, Darrell (Wanda) Richardson and Wanda Cooper.

          Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Monday, November 7, 2022, from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM.  Chaplain Bart Gatz will be officiating.  Interment will follow at Aulsbury Chapel Cemetery in Bonne Terre.
