Mr. Jesse Lloyd Wion passed away Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, at his Farmington Presbyterian Manor residence at the age of 92 years, 2 months & 6 days. Lloyd was born Oct. 7, 1916, in St. Louis, MO., & was the son of James Frederick Wion & Angela Margaret 'Sigmund' Wion. Also preceding-in-death were: 1 son, Jesse Lloyd Wion, in-infancy; 1 brother, Merlin C. Wion; 1 sister, Marjorie Northrop and 1 Grandchild.

Lloyd was a retired attorney and had his own practice in Clayton, MO. He was a US ARMY Veteran of World War II; a Past-Master of the Polar Star/Rose Hill Masonic Lodge; He retired as the Overland, MO., Municipal Judge. He was a former member of Overland Presbyterian Church and a current member of Farmington Presbyterian Church. Lloyd liked hunting, fishing, traveling and was very active in his church work.

Survivors Include : his wife of 70 years, Clarice Edna 'Hoeffner' Wion, of Farmington; 2 Daughters: Clarice 'Mrs. Harry' Passmore, of Lillian, Alabama & Marilynn Belle Wion, of St. Louis. 2 Sons: Jim (& Mary) Wion, of Barnhart, MO. & Walter Lloyd Wion, of St. Louis, MO. Also surviving are 5 Grandchildren & 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation : Friday, Dec. 19th, 12:30 - 1 p.m. @ Valhalla Chapel, 7600 Saint Charles Rock Road, St. Louis, MO. 63133 (314) 721.4900.

Funeral : Friday, 1 pm, @ Valhalla Chapel, with Rev. Paul Bembower officiating. Interment following at Valhalla Cemetery.

Farmington Memorial Service : Sunday, Dec. 21st, 2:00 p.m., at Farmington Presbyterian Church, 403 W. Columbia St., Farmington, 63640, with Rev. Paul Bembower officiating.
