Loc Phuc Phan

Loc Phuc Phan, 87, of Farmington, MO passed away March 27, 2019 at NHC Healthcare in Desloge. He was born April 28, 1931 in Thanh Hoa, North Vietnam to the late Lam Van Phan and Dinh Thi Nguyen. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Trang Kim Le; son, Nhung Quang Phan; and his brothers and sisters. Loc was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington.

Loc is survived by five children, Hoang “John” Phan and wife Uyen “Trish” Huynh, Tuan Quang Phan and wife Hoa, Kim Loan Phan, Kim Phuong Phan, Tuyet Nga Phan and husband Khanh Le; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

A private service will be held at the C.Z. Boyer & Son – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
