Lois M. Pribble, 82, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 21, 2026. She was born on Tuesday, October 12, 1943, in California and later made her home in Bonne Terre, Missouri.

Lois spent much of her working life as a waitress, serving others with quiet dedication and hard work. She lived a simple life and never married or had children, but she touched the lives of those who knew her through her kindness and resilience.

In her final years, Lois was cared for by the compassionate staff of St. Joe Manor and Alternative Hospice, whose comfort, support, and companionship meant so much to her. Their care and kindness provided her dignity and peace in her final days.

Lois will be remembered for her independent spirit and the life she lived on her own terms. She leaves behind memories in the hearts of those who cared for her and knew her throughout her journey.

A private burial will take place at a later date.
