Mrs. Lola Marion Sutherland passed away on Saturday morning, May 3, 2003, at Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 79 years, 9 months & 8 days. Lola was born on July 25, 1923, in Allenville, MO., to Marion Alexander Sutherland & Lennie Adaline 'Jones' Sutherland. Marion was also preceded by a day-old Daughter: Suellen Sutherland & 2 Brothers: Henry Delbert Hampton & J. E. Hampton. Marion was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church. SURVIVORS include: her HUSBAND: Earl Sutherland of Farmington; 4 SISTERS: Valeria Dunger of Scott City, MO; Vera 'Mrs. Challis' Overbeck of St. Charles, MO; Olivia Kidd of Lebanon, IL; Georgia McDowell of Jackson, MO; 2 SISTERS-IN-LAW: Jeanette Harper & Alta Sutherland, both of Farmington; 5 NIECES: Stella Barron, Sandra Cruse, Dorothy 'Mrs. Carl' Pinkston, Jesse 'Mrs. John' Hufford & Rosemary 'Mrs. Bill' Ragsdale; 5 NEPHEWS: Larry Dunger, A.J. Dunger, Donald Overbeck, Lloyd (& LaVerne) Sutherland & Frank (& Ange-la) Sutherland. Also, many Great-Nieces & Nephews, Cousins & Friends. Visitation Sunday, 3-8 p.m., May 4, 2003; resuming 7 a.m. Monday, with funeral Monday, 11:30 a.m., May 5, 2003, at TAYLOR Funeral CHAPEL, with Dr. William C. Miller & Rev. Rocky Good officiating. Interment follows at Three Rivers Cemetery, Ste. Genevieve Co. Memorials to: Three Rivers Cemetery Maintenance Fund.
