Lowell D. "LT" Turner

Lowell “LT” D. Turner, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at the age of 83, at his residence, in Bonne Terre, Missouri. He was born on Wednesday, March 27, 1940, to the late Leonard and Frances (Lawson) Turner in Purcell, Oklahoma.  

“LT” was preceded in death by his parents; spouse, Ellen Turner; one son; Victor Turner and brother-in-law, Joe Florence; sister, Sharon Richardson. 

 He enjoyed fishing, camping, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
 “LT” is survived by his loving children, Penny Roth (Dennis Linderer), Leonard “Butch” Turner (Sheila Archer); grandchildren, Justin Burnham, Timothy Burnham, Amanda (Steven) Yates and Tessa McCain; great-grandchildren, Cameron Burnham, Eli Boyle, Ezra Burnham, Lorelei LaBrot, Elaina Burnham and Alexandra Yates; siblings, Edna Blankenship, Barbara Florence and Roger (Dottie)Turner.

 The family is planning a private memorial service at a later date.

 Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
