Lucille Barwick

Mrs. Ruby Lucille 'McNew' Barwick passed away late Wednesday night, June 2, 2010, at her Farmington Presbyterian Manor residence at the age of 94 years, 8 months & 20 days. Ruby was born on September 12, 1915, in Carterville, Illinois, and was the daughter of James Arthur McNew and Emma Gertrude 'Griffin' McNew. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, Orvil RC Barwick, on Dec. 7, 1996, a sister, Rosalie Warren & 3 Brothers: James McNew; Tom McNew & Vernell McNew.

Lucille was a member of the Crossroads Church of God and a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter #430.

Survivors Include : a daughter, Carol 'Mrs. Sid' Bloom, of Farmington. a son, James Barwick, of Farmington. 2 Brothers: Don McNew, of Granite City, Illinois & Ray (& Doris) McNew, of Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Also surviving are several Grandchildren; Great-Grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Visitation starts : Saturday, June 5, 2010, at 7:30 a.m.

Funeral : Saturday, June 5, 2010, at 2:00 p.m.

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. David Skaggs officiating.

Interment at : Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington.
