Mabel Louise (Barlow) Reeves of Bismarck, passed away July 10, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 17, 1925 in Leadwood to the late Jesse M. and Mamie (Watson) Barlow. She is preceded in death by her husband Jesse Lee Reeves; two sons, Charles Lee Reeves and Larry Gene Reeves; one daughter, Judy Ann (Reeves) Barton; one great-granddaughter, Bailey (Barton) Owen; three brothers, Mitch Barlow, Milton Barlow, and Wiley Barlow; six sisters, Essie (Barlow) Lewis, Bessie (Barlow) Ketcherside, Mary (Barlow) Elders, Lucille (Barlow) Minks, Pauline Barlow, and Alice Barlow.
She is survived by her daughter, Sharon and husband Edmond Liddell of Bismarck; son in law, Larry Barton of Bismarck; two grandsons, Steve and wife Ellie Barton of Bismarck, and Larry Dale and wife Carmen Barton of Bismarck; great grandson, Levi Barton and fiancée Heather Nichole Saunders of Bismarck; great-granddaughter, Heather and husband Stephen Mosier of Farmington; three great-great-grandchildren, Gwen, Bronson, and Emerson Mosier; one sister, Betty Johnson of Park Hills; sister in law, Oma Grimes of Jackson; several nieces and nephews; a very dear and close lifelong friend, Margaret Eggers and many other dear friends.
She will be forever loved and missed by all who knew her.
She was a wonderful mother, a real trooper and warrior. She loved her Jesus.
Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Tuesday, July 14, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume, Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Pastor Rob Hampton will be officiating. Interment will follow at Bismarck Masonic Cemetery in Bismarck, Missouri.
