Margaret Lucille Cox, age 88, of Desloge, formerly of Leadwood, passed away February 9, 2011 at Mineral Area Regional Medical Center in Farmington, Missouri. She was born April 18, 1922 in Belgrade, Missouri. She was the oldest of eleven children.She was a member of the Leadwood First Baptist Church.She was preceded by her parents, Frank and Grace (Gillam) Tedder; husband, George Cox; two sons, David George Cox and Dennis Cox; two brothers, Paul and Hobart Tedder and two siblings who died in infancy.Margaret is survived by two sons, Randall Lee Cox and wife Dorothy of Arcadia and Alvin "Doc" Cox of Desloge;Daughter Janet "Jane" (Mrs. Lou Vasel) of High Ridge; eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Brenda Cox of Farmington; brothers, Larry Tedder of Bismarck, Marvin Tedder of Potosi; sisters Katherine (Mrs. Kenny Hamby) of Cadet, Betty Mosier of Stoney Point, Wilma (Mrs. Lester Mosier) of Stoney Point, Ruth Glore of Stoney Point. Visitation is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday (February 12, 2011) at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Services are 2:00 PM Sunday (February 13, 2011) at C. Z.
