Margie Kramer

Marjorie “Margie” B. Kramer, 65, of Park Hills, walked through the Pearly Gates of Heaven and into the arms of her Daddy and Momma on July 19, 2022.  Margie was born February 16, 1957, to the late Raymond and Geneva (Vandergriff) Pyatt.

Margie was an avid yard-sale fanatic, if you had a purse that she liked, you could guarantee that she was going to find a way to sweet talk you out of it. And if you were ever crazy enough to challenge her to a drinking contest, you were sure to find out quickly that she did not see losing as an option.  She loved good old fashioned country music, cold drinks, fun crowds, but nothing more than her family and friends.  Her grandchildren (and great-grandchildren) were the light of her life.  She lived her life hard and to its fullest.  She feared nothing, nor no one.  She believed in God, Heaven, and Hell.  She gave her soul to God earlier this month and promised to honor Him for all that He had sacrificed for her.

Margie is survived by two daughters, Tracy (husband Chad) Burns, with whom she resided, and Amy Barton, of Park Hills; two grandsons, Cody (wife Lacey) Hardie and Seth (girlfriend Elaina) Barton; one granddaughter, Shelby (boyfriend Gavin) Barton Tullock; three great-granddaughters, Addyson, Mila, and Layla, as well as another great-grandchild due on her birthday of 2023.  She is also survived by 3 bonus grandchildren, Tia (husband Dakota) Smith, Taylor Burns, and Michael (wife Kate) Burns; as well as six bonus great-grandchildren, Boone, Wesson, Braylon, Lukas, Mikayla, and Korbyn.  Margie is survived by one sister, Genny (Bucky) White, of Park Hills; along with several nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law, as well as several other family and friends.  She was preceded in death by three brothers, Earl (and wife Marie), Raymond, and Robert Pyatt; three sisters, Patricia Woods, Penny Farley, and Diana Means.  Margie also leaves behind her beloved fur babies, Buttons and Boots

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the service time at 1:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge with Rev. Mike Barton officiating. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay.
