Margie Mae Gray, 87, of Park Hills, passed away June 1, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born May 17, 1939, in Monoga, MN, to the late John and Edith (Shaver) Potter. Margie Mae was a member of the Solid Rock Family Church and enjoyed dancing and listening to old country music. St. Louis Cardinal baseball was very important to Margie Mae, but nothing compared to the love she had for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; eight brothers and two sisters.
Margie Mae is survived by three children, Thomas Gray, Jr. and wife Robin of Norwood, North Carolina, Cindy Hulseyand husband Gary, Tammy Gray, both of Park Hills; five grandchildren, Jake (Kristin) Gray, Taylor (Jordan) Greer, Hunter Gray, Jamie Hulsey and Jennifer Hulsey; six great-grandchildren, Riley Greer, Tessa Greer, Ella Gray, Jordan Gray, Azora Hulsey (Chris Smith) and Trinity Schaeper (Cameron Harvey); two great-great-grandchildren, Haven and Grayson Smith; one brother, Donald Potter; loving companion George McFarland; along with several nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son – Taylor Chapel in Farmington, June 3, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume, Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the service time of 12:00 PM. Pastor Darryl Rhodes will be officiating. Interment will follow at Leadwood Cemetery in Leadwood. Memorials may be directed to BJC Hospice in honor of Margie Mae’s memory.
