Marie E. Pasternak

Marie E. Pasternak, 81 of Farmington, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Parkland Health Center. She was born November 30, 1930 to the late Thomas M. and Henrietta (Smith) Otto. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Church of Park Hills. She is preceded in death by her husband, Stephen J. Pasternak; parents, Thomas and Henrietta Otto; six sisters, Agnes Burns, Marylee Woodard, Berniece Borusiewich, Beatrice Aubuchon, Irene Scauzzo, and Shirley Otto; four brothers, Richard Otto, Everett Otto, William Otto and Louis Otto. Marie is survived by children, Steve Pasternak Jr. and wife Joy of Desloge, Paul Pasternak of Farmington, and Sandy (Mrs. Fred) Neff, also of Farmington; grandchildren, Dr. Adam Pasternak, Pete (Kellie) Pasternak, Stephanie Pasternak, Aaron (Jennifer) Neff, Jason Neff, Katelyn Neff, Austin Pasternak, and Andrew Pasternak; great-grandchildren, Hayden and Liam Neff; and beloved pet Tootie. Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, October 12, 2012 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 PM.The service will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Park Hills, Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 10:00 AM with Father Mark Ebert officiating.Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery.Memorials may be given to The Alzheimers Association.
