Mrs. Martha Hayes passed away on Friday evening, March 24, 2006, at the Missouri Baptist Medical Center, in St. Louis County, at the age of 76 years & 5 days. Martha was born on March 19, 1930, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Andrew & Laura Belle 'Finley' Shoopman. Also preceding-in-death were: 1 Son, Ronnie Hayes; 2 Sisters; 2 Half-Sisters & 4 Brothers.

Martha was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Baptist Church. Martha was united in marriage to Wilburn C. Hayes on September 10, 1946.

Survivors Include: her Husband: Wilburn C. Hayes, of Farmington; 1 Daughter: Karen 'Mrs. Harold' Marler, of Farmington; 2 Sons: Wilburn Lavern (& Jane) Hayes, of Park Hills; Mike (& Tammy) Hayes, of Farmington. 2 Sisters: Mary Sanmann, of Lawton, OK; Florine 'Mrs. Bill' Files, of Duncan, OK; 5 Grandchildren: Candy 'Mrs. Ernie' Acton; Rhonda Smith; Chad Marler & fiance' Jennifer; Chris Hayes & Kristen Hayes. Also surviving are 6 Great-Grandchildren.

Visitation: Tuesday, 5-9 pm. Visitation resumes Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.

Funeral: Wednesday, 1 pm, March 29th

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Al Winebarger officiating, assisted by Bro. Kenny Wirtmiller.

Interment: Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Farmington.
