Mary Bonita Thompson

Mrs. Mary Bonita 'Pierce' Thompson passed away early Saturday afternoon, May 13, 2017, at Camelot Nursing Center, in Farmington, at the age of 93 years, 11 months & 8 days. Mary was born on June 5, 1923, in Fredericktown, Missouri, and was the daughter of James & Hattie Pierce. Also preceding in death were: a sister, Goldie Dean; 3 brothers, Lonzo Pierce; Ernest Pierce & Lindell Pierce. Also, a great-grandson, Brandon Rogers

Mary was retired from the Farmington State Hospital and a member of the Farmington Church of Christ.

Survivors Include : a son, Larry G. (& Ruth) Johnson, of Englewood, FL. A sister, Norma Wampler, of Festus, MO. 2 grandchildren: Kimberly (& Kerry) Kimrey, of Festus, MO. and Julie (& Tim) Lappe, of St. Louis. Also surviving are 3 great-grandchildren: Cody Rogers, of Springfield; Sydney & Chelsey Lappe, both of St. Louis
