Mary Olive Booker, age 92 of Patton, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the Independence Care Center in Perryville, Missouri. She was born on February 5, 1932, in Martinsville, Indiana to Howard and May (Halfaker) White.
   
  
On May 18, 1967, in St. Louis, Missouri she was united in marriage to James E Booker Sr., he preceded her in death on January 11, 1989.
   
  
She is survived by her children and stepchildren – Don (Jill) Haddock, Mary Ann Hornaday, Norma J Haddock, Barbara Ellis, Cindy Johnson, James (Patricia) Booker, Anna (Patrick) Guay, Mary (James) Davis, James Booker Jr., Nancy Colleli, Kathy Ames, Rhonda Bradbury and Carol Booker; Twenty nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews, all of which held a very special place in her heart.
   
  
In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by one son – James Lee Haddock; one daughter – Betty S. Haddock and one stepdaughter - Judy Bartlet-Gunn; brothers – Howard White Jr. and William Richardson; sisters – Louis Cazee, Jenny Plumber, Ruth Losh and Hattie Moon.
   
  
Mary preferred to stay home and take care of her family; in later years she worked as a cook and dishwasher at the Traveler's Café in DeSoto, Missouri. She enjoyed reading, camping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
   
  
Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at Wilson Funeral home in Fredericktown, Missouri.
   
  
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Wilson Funeral Home with Pastor Otis Long officiating.
   
  
Interment will be at Rowland Woods Cemetery in Patterson, Missouri.
