Mary Jane Napier

Mary "Jane" Napier (nee Selinger) of Ironton, Missouri, passed away in the early hours of October 2, 2024, at the age of 88 years old. She was born on October 31, 1935. She was the only daughter of the late William Robert Selinger and Mary Ellen (nee Davis) Selinger. Jane was preceded in death by both of her husbands, Al Murray and Hershell Napier who she was married to from 1983 until his death in 2014. Her marriage to Hershell brought her seven step children. Jane is survived by two brothers: Robert Selinger and wife, Nancy, of Herculaneum, Missouri and William Selinger of St. Charles, Missouri, and three nieces: Annette Jostes, Rebecca Selinger, and Lynn Mueller. Cousins, other relatives, and friends are also left to mourn her passing. She was preceded in death by her cousin, Walter Lee Pruitt who was like another brother to her, and her sister-in-law, Marilyn Selinger.
