Mary Helen Wiltberger of Black, Missouri passed away August 22, 2021, in the comfort of her home at the age of 62 years. Sustained by her strong faith in the Lord, after an intense battle with 2 aggressive cancers, she is now at rest in the arms of her Savior. She was born April 3, 1959, in Waukegan, Illinois the daughter of the late Lee Edwin and Margaret Anastasia (Gibes) Kilbourne. On July 9, 1977, she was united in marriage to Duane Alan Wiltberger who survives. Mary is survived by four children: Rebecca Jean Wiggins (Stephen) of Lexington, Kentucky; Amy Lynn Asher (Daniel) of Newton, Kansas; Emily Sarah Hicks (Jason) of Paradise, Texas; and Jon Zimmerle (Salayla) of Joplin, Missouri. Also surviving are two sisters: Linda Dahl (Robert) of Springfield, Illinois; and Annie Kilbourne of Chelan, Washington, and their brother: John Kilbourne (Kyra Walsh) of Bridgman, Michigan, twelve grandchildren: Margaret Wiggins, Hannah, Abigail, Isaac, Joanna, Lydia Asher, Jeremiah, Aurora, Sabrielle Hicks, Aiden, Zadie, Braven, Zimmerle, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends. You would often see Mary sitting on the porch enjoying all of God’s creation. She was a member of the Arcadia Valley Community Church and the Arcadia Valley Chamber of Commerce. As an energetic entrepreneur, she and Duane founded Koinania Valley Ranch in 2004. Mary loved gardening and was always on the hunt for a great bargain. She never met a stranger, and she was a friend to everyone. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 27, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. with Pastor Randy Dettmer officiating. Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. prior to the services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to YMCA youth program, Habitat for Humanity and Angel Tree.
