Maxine Thomas

Mrs. Maxine M. 'Gross' Clark Thomas left her earthly home, peacefully surrounded by family and friends late Saturday afternoon, April 9, 2016, at age 77 years, 4 months & 2 days. Maxine was born Dec. 7, 1938, in Bonne Terre, MO., & was the daughter of John Gross & Dorothy 'Weir' Gross. Also preceding-in-death were : her husband, Lloyd Clark; 3 sons - Rodney A. Clark; Michael G. Clark & Yancey Scott "Frog" Clark. A sister, Shirley Radford and a brother, John Gross.

Maxine was a member of Victory Church, Pevely, MO.

Survivors Include : 2 daughters, Vicky 'Mrs. Larry' Winick, of Farmington, and Donna Stewart, of Park Hills. 1 son, Richard Clark, of Farmington. 2 sisters, Rose Radford, and Marcella (& Jim) Reed, all of Bonne Terre. 4 brothers, Charles Gross, of Newfield, NJ; Floyd (& Brenda) Stewart, of Park Hills; Paul (& Mary) Stewart, of Bonne Terre and Terry Stewart, of Bonne Terre. 10 grandchildren, with a special grandson, Bradley Clark, and numerous great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews, with a special niece, Sheila Weible. Also, numerous friends, with special friends, Freida, Viola, Sue & Cheryl.

Visitation : Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. Visitation resumes, Wednesday @ 6:30 a.m.

Funeral : Wednesday, 11:00 a.m., April 13, 2016

at : TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, with Rev. Terry House and Floyd Stewart officiating.

Interment follows at : Knights-of-Pythias Cemetery, Farmington
