Kay Huffman

Kay Huffman, 56, of Bonne Terre, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at her residence surrounded by family. She was born on Thursday, November 6, 1969, in St. Louis, MO to the late William and Martha (Hostler) Narx, Sr. Kay enjoyed Bingo and float trips. But her hobby and greatest joy was taking care of her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother William Narx, Jr., and a sister Rebecca Darlene Narx.

Melinda is survived by her husband, Ray Anthony Huffman; children, Matthew Kettner, Amber Huffman, Jennifer Shepherd, Tara Huffman, Fredrick Shepherd, Dawn and husband, Chris Warncke, Rebecca Narx, Christina Grant; twenty-six (26) grandchildren; and her brother, Brian and wife, Ruth Narx. Many nieces, nephews, family, and friends also survive

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, at C.Z. Boyer and Son Bonne Terre from 12:00 P.M. until time of service at 2:00 P.M. officiated by Rick McDowell. Interment will follow at St. Francois Memorial Garden in Bonne Terre. Arrangements under the care and direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Bonne Terre.
