Michael Robert Dewey

Michael Robert Dewey, age 58 passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2018 at his home in Fredericktown, Missouri. He was born on June 13, 1959 in Riverton, Wyoming, a son of Calvin Knight and Marlene L. (Young) Dewey. On February 2, 1991 in Saco, Missouri he was united in marriage to Mary Jane Hinkle, she survives in Fredericktown. Other survivors include: three sons – Joshua Hinkle of Jackson, Missouri, Michael F. Dewey and Jedediah Dewey both of Fredericktown; one daughter – Rachael Dewey and fiancee Dustin Leija of Fredericktown; one sister – Pam Sutton of Jewett, Missouri and one grandson – Deakon Leija. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Chuck Dewey and two sisters, Linda West and Debbie Graham. Michael had been a machinist at Metal Tech in Kirkwood, Missouri; he enjoyed hunting for arrowheads, deer hunting, reading and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan. Visitation will be from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Wilson Funeneral Home in Fredericktown. Services will be held at 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home.
