Michael "Mike" Melvin

Michael “Mike” Melvin passed away Thursday, July 28, 2022 at his residence in Park Hills. He was born in Laharp, Illinois on Wednesday, July 6, 1955 in Park Hills to the late Mearle Eugene and Alma Jo (Mitchell) Melvin. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Charles Melvin; two sisters, Pattie Hance and Donna Melvin.

Mike is survived by two daughters, Renee Melvin and Carmen Melvin; grandchildren, Gunnar Carl, Krysta Jackson, and Kayla Jackson; along with many grandchildren due to health reason he never got to meet; siblings, Lonnie (Vicky) Melvin and Debbie Melvin. Mike will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

There will be a celebration of life 11 am on Saturday August 20, 2022, at the St. Francois State Park.
