Mildred Metzger

Mildred Metzger, 92, of Terre Du Lac passed away April 25, 2017 at St. Joe Manor. She was born August 2, 1924 in St. Louis. Mildred was a member of the First Congregational Church of Bonne Terre.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George H. and Tillie (Becker) Metzger, Sr.; two brothers, Robert J. Metzger and George H. Metzger, Jr.; sister, Barbara Britzkey.

Mildred is survived by her nephew, David Metzger; two nieces, Barbara Britzkey and Sue Osborne, cousins, Ken and Lisa Simpson. Several cousins and other family also survive.

A graveside service will be held Monday, May 1, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Sunset Memorial Park in St. Louis with Rev. Lansford Lawrence officiating.
