Myrtle Louise Williams, known to most as "Lucy" passed away May 13, 2016 in Fredericktown, Missouri at the age of 74 years. She was born January 1, 1942 in Hogan, Missouri the daughter of the late Richard and Elva (Persons) Casteel. On December 22, 1958 she was united in marriage to Robert Lee Inman who preceded her in death on December 20, 1982. She was then united in marriage to Enoch Daniel Williams who preceded her in death on September 12, 2005. Lucy was the mother of ten children; Barbara Skaggs and husband Mark of Mineral Point, Missouri, Robert Inman and wife Pam of Ironton, Missouri, Marsha Weiss and husband Richard of Peoria, Illinois, Norman Inman who preceded her in death and wife, Connie of Ironton, Missouri, Woodrow Inman of Ironton, Missouri, Daniel Inman of Bismarck, Missouri, Henry Williams and long time companion Christine Smith of Bonne Terre, Missouri, Denise and Danielle who died at birth, and Clyde "B.J." Reeves whom she raised as her own. She is also survived by five stepchildren; Lisa Williams of Pilot Knob, Missouri, Eddie Williams of Pilot Knob, Missouri, Tammy May of Texas, Jerry Williams of Arcadia, Missouri and Gail DeClue of Park Hills, Missouri. Lucy is survived by five brothers; Charlie (Donna) Casteel of Bismarck, Missouri, Ralph (Freda) Casteel of Bismarck, Missouri, Bill (Linda) Casteel Bismarck, Missouri, Jim (Joanne) Casteel of Bismarck, Missouri, Terry (Pat) Casteel of Bismarck, Missouri, three sisters; Rosie Mae Perry of Crystal City, Missouri, Margie (Mike) Mayberry of Bismarck, Missouri, Lorraine (Kevin) Rowe Dracut, Massachusetts, 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Lucy was preceded in death by her brothers; Paul Casteel, Sonny Casteel, Norman Casteel, and sisters; Leona Kindlesparger and Reva Casteel who died in infancy. Lucy most recently attended Pilot Knob Lutheran Church. She worked as a cook at Casey's General Store for many years. She loved animals and raising children. She babysat for many children over the years. She enjoyed watching wrestling on TV and discovering treasures at Open Hearts in Arcadia.
