Nathan Louis Danback

Nathan Louis Danback, 82 of Farmington, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at Parkland Hospital in Farmington. He was born on Sunday, November 2, 1941, in St. Louis son of Edwin and Fannie (Medley) Danback. Following his life, Nathan retired after 33 years from General Motors. His hobbies were trains, camping, fishing, hunting, and long drives in the country His favorite camping spot was at Black River in Annapolis, where he and his wife Mary Ann of 25 years and his six children would visit very often in the spring, summer, and fall, months of the year. On June 30, 1963, he was united in marriage with Mary Ann Stevenson in St. Louis, he has 7 children; Deane, Patricia, Tina, Timothy, Julie, a child that was miscarried Daniel Lee and Lori. The Danback family has lived in St. Louis and Farmington area for many years. Nathan was a member of the Lutheran Church and Pentecostal Church of God.

Surviving are his children, Deane Louis Danback (Lana) of Barnhart, Patricia Lynn Danback of Bonne Terre, Tina Marie Danback-Heaps (William) of Bonne Terre, Timothy Lee Danback of Bonne Terre, Julie Ann Danback -Decker (Jeremy) of Franklin County, Lori Kay Danback-Bridgman of Marshalltown, IA.; siblings, John, and Nancy of St. Louis, Fourteen grandchildren, and several great grandchildren, many other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his miscarried child Daniel Lee Danback, his brother’s Edwin Danback Jr., Norman Danback, and his sisters, Marion Pryzgoda, Hazel Grayson and Martha Wilson.

There will be no services held. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington.
