Nettie Louise Wade

Nettie "Louise" Wade, age 87 passed away Monday, October 24th 2016 in Rolla, MO. She was born November 5th 1928 in Flat River, MO to the late Frank and Willa Mae "Ethel" (Lee) Shelton. She was the youngest of 4 children. She married Charles Robert Wade on March 10th 1945. They lived in Libertyville, MO for 19 years where she worked at Brown Shoe company and Trim Foot Shoe company. In 1968 they moved to Bixby, MO where she worked as the Assistant Post Master for many years, where she retired. She and Bob moved to Rolla, MO in 2003. Louise is survived by two daughters, Donna Fiebelman and Tracy Walker and husband John, all of Rolla, MO; One daughter-in-law, Sharon Wade of Fredericktown, MO; Eight grandchildren, Nicholas Zappa of Columbia MO; Anna Walker, Kimberly Fiebelman-Clark and husband Jay, all from Rolla MO; Wade Holloway and wife Trisha, Adam Holloway and wife Jessica, all of Cape Girardeau, MO; Jason Wade and wife Tracy, Cindy Royer and husband Allen, all of Fredericktown, MO; and Keren Coleman and husband Jason of Farmington, MO; 8 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Bob, two children, Kenny Wade and Lavonna Holloway-Gammon; two brothers, Raymond Shelton and Lee Shelton; One sister, Mary Parson. Louise loved company, cooking, sewing, but most importantly spending time with her family and friends. The funeral service for Louise will be held at 1pm on Friday the 28th of October, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown, MO. Internment will follow in the Libertyville Christian Cemetery. A visitation for the family and friends will be held from 11am-1pm on Friday the 28th of October, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home.
