Noel Sherman Price

Noel Sherman Price, age 81, of Camdenton MO, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022, at his residence. Noel was born on Sunday, December 15, 1940 in Crystal City, to the late Robert E. and Cordelia (McMahan) Price.  In addition to parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Julie Louise Skaggs; four brothers and three sisters.                        

Noel proudly serviced his country in the United States Navy in which he served during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He retired from Chrysler Automotive where he worked his last position as a fork lift driver. Noel enjoyed working on things and tinkering on lawn mowers, and tractors. He loved his tractors. He also, liked fishing, but most of all his pride and joy of spending time with his grandchildren playing ball. Noel was a loving family man and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.  

He is survived by his loving wife Judith (Byington) Price of 58 years marriage, His two children; Connie Houston, Elizabeth Codelia (Scotty) Powell; son in-law George Dwayne Skaggs, seven grandchildren, Ashley Skaggs, Meagan Skaggs, Tiffany Price, Tony “TJ” Houston, Lindsey Pierce, Greg Keeney and Kristen Doza; and eight great-grandchildren.  

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at CZ Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre, from 5:00PM until 8:00PM. The visitation will resume Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM. until time of service at 11:00AM. with Pastor Michael Barton II, officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Bonne Terre with full military honors.
