Nora Annita Kemp, known to most everyone as "Ann" passed away September 4, 2023 in Farmington, Missouri at the age of 80 years. She was born November 10, 1942 in Quilan, Missouri the daughter of the late William and Retha Rose (Carisle) Walker.
Ann's family moved to St. Louis when she was a year old. She was raised there and graduated from Central High School in 1961. She worked part time for Technicolor and was working there when she heard about the assassination of President Kennedy on the speaker. Over the years she worked as a school bus driver and when she retired in 1987 she was working for ISP/SGI. Most of her life she was a stay-at-home Mom. 
On March 13, 1964 she was united in marriage to Melvin "Leon" Kemp who preceded her in death in February of 1993. To this union two daughters were born: Tricia Reed and husband, Elvin of Vulcan, Missouri and Lisa Ruble and husband, Jeff also of Vulcan, Missouri.
