Nora L. Svendrowski

Mrs. Nora L. Svendrowski passed away Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2002, at her St. Louis residence at the age of 73 years, 9 months & 25 days. She was born in Taylorville, IL., Nov. 15, 1928, to Glen & Nora 'Durbin' Ballard. Also preceding-in-death were: her husband, M. Francis Svendrowski (Sept. 12, 1997); & 1 Sister, Mary Ruth Ballard. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Farmington. SURVIVORS INCLUDE: DAUGHTERS: Mary M. Svendrowski, of Marietta, GA; Nora Ann 'Mrs. Jim' Yochim, of Springfield, IL; & Leona F. Svendrowski, of St. Louis. SONS: Marion J. (& Dawn) Svendrowski, of Festus, MO; Glen B. Svendrowski, of Farmington; Chris (& Robin) Svendrowski, of Herculaneum, MO; Marion F. Svendrowski, Jr., of St. Louis. 2 BROTHERS: Bill (& Virginia) Ballard, of Dana, IL; Joe (& Ella) Ballard, of Wenona, IL 3 SISTERS: Ellen 'Mrs. Ernie' Priesmeyer, of Pocohontas, IL; Ethel 'Mrs. Jim' Childs, of Galatia, IL; Sue 'Mrs. Dan' Greer, of Ketchikan, Alaska. 4 GRANDCHILDREN: Amanda Johnson & Elizabeth Svendrowski, both of Herculaneum, MO; Matthew Yochim, of Springfield, IL & Lorelei Ellis, of St. Louis. Visitation Monday, 5-8 pm,& Rosary Monday, Sept. 16th at 7 pm, & funeral Mass Tuesday, September 17th, 10 am @ St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Farmington, with Fr. William Wigand officiating. Interment following at New Calvary Cemetery, Farmington. Memorials to: The American Cancer Society &/or The American Diabetes Foundation.
