Mrs. Opal Peggy 'Adair' Ray passed away Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at Des Peres Hospital, St. Louis Co., Mo., at the age of 90 years, 6 months & 22 days. She was born May 11, 1912, in Wayne County. Preceding-in-death were: her parents, James Noah Adair & Kate 'Brown' Adair; her husband, Ora Rex Ray, on Aug. 30, 1990; 1 Sister, Grace Adair; 2 Brothers: Buck Adair & Dick Adair; 1 Grandson, Michael Ward. SURVIVORS INCLUDE : 1 DAUGHTER: Evelyn Grueninger, of St. Louis; 3 SONS: Herbert H. (& Carol) Ray, of Fredericktown; Irvin (& Teddie) Ward, of Renault, IL; Doyle E. Ward, of Fredericktown; 1 SISTER, Lucille Brisko, of Bonne Terre; 15 Grandchildren & several Great-Grandchildren. Visitation Friday, 5-9 p.m., resuming Saturday at 7:00 a.m., & funeral Saturday, 12 Noon, Dec. 7, 2002, at TAYLOR Funeral Service CHAPEL, Farmington.
