Orphia Opal Boren

Orphia Opal Boren, formerly of Arcadia, Missouri passed away July 26, 2018 in Festus, Missouri at the age of 92 years. She was born July 8, 1926 the daughter of the late William and Jeanette (Henry) Golden. On October 26, 1946 she was united in marriage to George Edward Boren who preceded her in death on May 28, 2004. To this union five children were born; Jeanetta Cochran and husband, Norman of Ironton, Missouri, Ronald Boren and wife, Leslie of Pilot Knob, Missouri, Daniel Boren, Richard Boren and Paula Gordon who all preceded her in death. Two grandsons; Jeremy Gordon and Jason Gordon and granddaughter; Melissa Vassel spent a lot of time in Orphia's home and she treated them as her own. Orphia is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-five grandchildren, several great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
