Otis C. Howell

Otis C. Howell, 80, of Park Hills, passed away December 16, 2015 at Parkland Health Center South. He was born March 27, 1935 in Hot Springs, AR, to the late John and Lula (Graves) Howell. Otis was a union auto worker and loved to fish in his spare time.                        
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lillie (Gaskins) Howell; and one great-grandson, Scotty Wayne Howell II.             
Otis is survived by three children, Dwayne (Jackie) Howell, James (Julie) Howell, and Christine Overton; nine grandchildren, April Robison, Brandy Robison, Cindy Howell, Diana Cochral, Melinda Webb, Scotty Howell I, Christopher Kirby, Angelique Howell, and Courtney Howell; fourteen great-grandchildren; two siblings, Thomas (Georgia) Howell and Clara May Monfee.              
Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Leadwood, Sunday, December 20, 2015 at 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The service will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, December 21, 2015.
