Mr. Paul Cook passed away early Monday morning, November 19, 2001, at Parkland Health Center, South, in Farmington, at the age of 67 years, 5 months & 1 day. Paul was born June 18, 1934, in Lutesville, Missouri, to Lines & Beulah 'Stotler' Cook.
