Paul Weible

PAUL WEIBLEMarcus Edward Paul Weible, age 93, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 23, 2011. He was born on June 25, 1917, in Bonne Terre, Missouri. He was the son of the late Clarence E. and Victoria Weible. Paul was the husband of Jewell Weible who passed away in 1985.In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded by his granddaughter, Trisha Lynne Weible; sister, Eunice Mull; three brothers, Eugene Weible, Emmett Weible, and a brother who died in infancy.A native of Bonne Terre, Paul resided at Weible Road. He worked as a foreman at Valley Mineral Products Corporation and retired after 39 years of service. He also loved farming and gardening in his spare time. A devoted and loving father and grandfather, he enjoyed treating his grandchildren and great-grandchildren with tractor rides around the farm. A member of the Bonne Terre Church of God, he loved his church, and it was an important part of his life during his retirement. Paul was a veteran of the U. S. Army.Paul is survived by a daughter, Margaret (Douglas) Pickle of Columbia, TN; three sons, Larry E. (Beth) Weible, James P. (Jane) Weible of Bonne Terre, and Jerry L. (Betsy) Weible of Copeville, TX; eight grandsons, three granddaughters, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be Tuesday, January 25, 2011 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Visitation will resume 9:00 AM Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Bonne Terre Church of God with a Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Weible at 1:00 PM. with Rev. Steve Clevenger assisted by Rev. Delmar Fenwick. Interment will be in St. Francois Memorial Park.Memorials may be given to B.J.C.
