Paula Blackwell

Paula S. Blackwell (Martin), 64, of Bonne Terre passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on December 29, 2015.  She was born July 21, 1951 to the late Sylvester J “Pete” and Gladine Martin in St. Louis, MO.  Mrs. Blackwell enjoyed a 25 year career as a real estate agent/broker in St. Francois County.  As well as a member of Mineral Area Board of Realtors.  She was a 20 year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge #4210, and loyal supporter of VFW Post #6883. 

Mrs. Blackwell is survived by her loving husband, Gregory Blackwell; two sons, Christopher Blackwell and wife Angela, and Patrick Blackwell both of Bonne Terre; five grandchildren, Kate, Trenton, Wyatt, Lillian, & Easton; three great-grandchildren, Ava, Oliver & Audrey; two brothers, Steve Martin and wife Cheri of Bonne Terre, and Dennis Martin and wife Diane of Byrnes Mill, MO as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Friday, January 1, 2016 from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.  Funeral service will be Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 11:00am at C.Z. Boyer & Sons Chapel in Bonne Terre with Rev. Randy Murphy officiating. In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Blackwell and her family request memorial donations be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
