Paulette "Polly" Kientzy, 70, of Farmington, passed away February 3, 2015 at her residence. She was born May 16, 1944 in Elvins. Polly was a member of the Red Hat Society, and Libertyville Christian Church, worked at the thrift store in Farmington, and enjoyed helping the elderly with their taxes. She is preceded in death by her step-mother, Geraldine Doris Montgomery; and one step-sister, Sharon Mosby. Polly is survived by her mother, Goldie Nadine (Sebastian) Barnes; father, Leo Paul Montgomery; three children, Sherri Schwartzman, Jim Kientzy and wife Cindy, Paul Kientzy; seven grandchildren, Amanda (Scott) Wiltshire, Dustin Wiltshire, Joshua (Megan) Kientzy, Jordan (Jessi) Kientzy, Nathan Kientzy, Shane Kientzy, and Abby Kientzy; two great-grandchildren, Grant and McKenna; one brother, Dixie P. Montgomery; step-siblings, Gerald Pipkin, Pat Dane, and Diane Martin; two half-brothers, Danny Lee Reynolds and Dane Allen Reynolds. The family will accept friends at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Friday, February 6, 2015 at 3:00 PM to service time at 5:00 PM. A Fellowship dinner will be held at Community Christian Church, 700 North Carleton in Farmington. Memorials may be directed to the Farmington Ministerial Alliance Thrift Store.
