Perry Lee Cook

Perry Lee Cook age 80 of Frederickton, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Parkland Hospital in Farmington, Missouri. He was born on October 6, 1938 in Crystal City, Missouri, a son of Carol Eugene and Lilly Marie (Basler) Cook. He was united in marriage to Donita Jennie Jenkins, she precedes him in death. He is survived by his children – Ricky Cook of Perryville, Missouri, Carla Evans of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, Karen Short-Cook of Festus,Missouri and Beverly Cook of Ste. Genevieve; sister – Wanda Counts of Festus; twelve grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren. Perry worked for the mental facility hospital in Marshall, Missouri and enjoyed working on cars and doing carpenter work. A memorial service may be planned for a later date.
