Mr. Porter Jackson Hensley passed away Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014, at St. John's Mercy Hospital, St. Louis, at the age of 78 years, 11 months & 24 days. Porter was born Nov. 19,1935, at Cave Creek, Ark., and was the son of James Robert Hensley and Arlie 'Henson' Hensley.

Porter was a member of Farmington First Baptist Church, and was united in marriage to Margarette Wann on May 29, 1959.

Survivors Include : his wife, Margarette A. "Margie" (Wann) Hensley, of Farmington. 3 sisters - Maxine (& Willard) Christian, of Harrison, Ark., twin-sister, Emma Faye Keys, of Jasper, Ark., Hazel Lively, of Jasper, Ark. 2 brothers - Morris (& Ruth) Greenhaw, of Farmington; William (& Cindy) Hensley, of Overland Park, KS. Brother-in-law, James (& Joyce) Wann, of Lenexa, KS; Cousins: Carolyn Allen, of Farmington; Donna Drye, of Farmington; Greg (& Jane) Allen, of Farmington. Nephews-in-law, Gary (& Sherry) Wann, of Overland Park, KS; Dan Wann, of Murray, KY; Brian (& Stephanie) Wann, of Lenexa, KS. Special Friends: Jim & Faye Carver, of Farmington. Also surviving are numerous Nieces, Nephews and many Dear Friends.

Visitation : Sunday, 4-7 p.m. Visitation resumes Monday, 6:30 - 8:00 a.m.

Visitation Moves to : Farmington First Baptist Church - starting at 9:00 a.m.

Funeral : Monday, 11:00 a.m., November 17, 2014

at : Farmington First Baptist Church, with Dr. William C. Miller and Rev. Steve Jones officiating

Interment follows at : Doe Run Memorial Cemetery - Doe Run, MO

Memorials : Farmington First Baptist Church - Building Fund
