Raymond Edward Nipper

Eddie Nipper, 59, of Park Hills, passed away December 8, 2023, at his residence in Park Hills. He was born June 5, 1964, in St. Louis, MO, to Billy J. and Cecelia (Stafford) Nipper. He was a member of the Hillsboro Christian Church. He loved working on cars, and tinkered on household items. His daughter, Chloe, was his best friend and the love of his life. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents on both sides.

Eddie is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis L. (Skaggs) Nipper; daughter, Chloe Hill-Nipper; siblings, Karen Robinson, David (Debra) Nipper, Billy (Connie) Nipper, Paul (Taryn) Nipper, Tina Nipper. Eddie is also survived by a niece, 2 nephews and many friends and loved ones.

The family is having a Memorial Service for Eddie at the Hillsboro Christian Church on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at 10:00 AM, public is welcome. Memorials may be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Caldwell Chapel in Park Hills.
