Raymond Pendley

Raymond Lee Pendley, 82, of Festus passed away March 1, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus. He was born February 4, 1940 in Corona, Alabama. Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, four-wheeler rides and taking care of his pet bird.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Mattie Pendley; one brother, Leonard Pendley.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou (Asher) Pendley; two sons, Randal Pendley and wife Susan, Ron Pendley and wife Vonice; one daughter, Donna Pendley; six grandchildren, Alysa Pendley, Brytnee (Chris) Morris, Kristopher (Joey) Pendley, Megan Pendley (Zack Little), Anthony Boyer, Randi Pendley; ten great-grandchildren, Leighanna, Dustin, Audrey, Lylah, Tyler, Owen, Everett, Keagan, Christopher, Jacob; three siblings, Leman (Rita) Pendley, Edna (David) Edwards, Roy Pendley.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home – Taylor Chapel in Farmington. Interment will follow at Hillview Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the Farmington Pet Adoption Center.
