Reggie "Parts" Jaco

Reggie “Parts” Jaco, 49, of Farmington, passed away December 21, 2023, at his residence. He was born December 26, 1973, in Bonne Terre, to Vernon Jaco and Beverly (Snowdell) Miller. Reggie was a member of the Patriot Guard Riders and Vice President of Gunners Lemc of Southeast Missouri. He enjoyed riding his trike, fishing, hunting, doing community service projects and visiting with family and friends, especially his granddaughters, nieces and nephews.

Reggie was able to overcome many obstacles throughout his life. He was an EMT/Paramedic for St. Francois County Ambulance District, a 911 dispatcher, police officer promoted to investigator for Leadwood and volunteer fire fighter. Reggie loved taking care of his community and the people in it.

He was preceded in death by his stepmother, Betty Jaco and stepfather, Billy Miller.

Reggie is survived by his mother, Beverly Miller and husband Danny; father, Vernon Jaco; one daughter, Abbigail Jaco (Cody Smith); four granddaughters, Ava Smith, Coraline Smith, Nova Jaco and Hadlee Smith; siblings, Sandi Joyce and husband Ben, Logan Miller Darrell Miller, David Lee Miller and wife Lavona, Dana Miller, Stephanie Nokes and husband Will, Victoria Linkenbach and Brandi Miller; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends, also survive.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. During Tuesday evenings visitation family and friends will celebrate his 50th birthday. The visitation will resume Wednesday, December 27, 2023, from 9:00 AM until the Celebration of Life at 2:00 PM. Chaplain Kevin Kappler will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to help with funeral expenses. The family has asked that dress attire be casual, wear your favorite hoodie with jeans.
