Retha "Maude" Hodges

Retha "Maude" Hodges of Arcadia, MO passed away December 11, 2014 in Ironton, MO at the age of 76 years. She was born April 2, 1938 in Ironton, MO the daughter of Arthur and Nora Wilder Jones. Maude is survived by her six children; Tony and wife Diana Reed of Roselle, MO, Machele and husband, Mike Tyndall of Middlebrook, MO, Mike and wife Connie Reed of Ironton, MO, Julia "Cricket" Guess of Bonne Terre, MO, Ricky Reed of Arcadia, MO, Janie and husband, Gerald Laird of Belleview, MO, and step-son Bill Hodges of Independence, MO. In addition to her children she is survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Maude was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Hodges, her three brothers; Harold Jones, Sam Jones and Fritz Jones, and four sisters; Betty Reed, Grace Young, Martha Jones, and Alice Lotz.
