Rev. Jim Muse

            Rev. Jim Muse, 60, of Park Hills, passed away September 20, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by his family. He was born December 12, 1957, in Dexter, to the late Eugene and Louise (Neeley) Muse. Jim pastored Desloge First Church of God for 10 years and was a member of the Union Pipefitter Local #562 and later retired after 30 plus years. 

Jim was preceded in death by his wife, Connie (Jones) Muse. 

            He is survived by his three children, Mandi Joseph, Heather Propst and husband Mike, and Donny Muse; ten grandchildren, Tanner, Ryann, Noah, Breanne, Makenzi, Marissa, Michael, Jordan, Macie, and Caleb; three siblings, Sue (Russ) Tipton, Steve (Jeannie) Muse, and Penny (Dan) Tinsley; several nieces and nephews also survive. 

            Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, September 23, 2018, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The visitation will resume at the Harvest Christian Centre, Monday, September 24, 2018, at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Dwight Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington.
