Rev. Mike Braswell

Rev. Mike Braswell, 59, of Farmington passed away SaturdaySeptember 8, 2012 at his residence. He was born December 16, 1952 in Hayti,Missouri. Mike is preceded in death by his mother Rachel (OGuin) MellicentBraswell.Rev. Mike Braswell was a member of Leadbelt UnitedPentecostal Church. During most of his ministry, he was an evangelist, but healso spent seven very special years assisting the late Rev. T.W. Barnes inMinden, Louisiana.Mike is survived by his wife Glenda ( Bowers ) Braswell; children,Michael Braswell and wife Tara of Crestview, Florida, Jonathan Braswell ofFarmington; grandchildren, Chase, Cole and Taylor; father, Rev. Edward Braswellof Bonne Terre; one brother, Rick and wife Debbie Braswell of Bonne Terre; twosisters, Rebecca and husband Bob Patterson of Desloge, and LaRonda and husbandMark Walls of Farmington; Nieces and Nephews, Jason Braswell, Aaron Braswell,Shawn Braswell, Nathan Patterson, Erica Dawn Balasz, Lacie Walls, and LandonWalls.Visitation will be Monday September 10, 2012 from 5 to 9 pm at theLeadbelt United Pentecostal Church in Bonne Terre. Funeral service will be 11am Tuesday September 11, 2012 at the Church with Rev. Scott Meeks officiatingand assisted by Rev. Bob Patterson. Interment will follow at St. FrancoisMemorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the LeadbeltUnited Pentecostal Church. Arrangements are under the direction of C.Z. Boyer& Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre.
