Richard Doty

          Richard Doty, 76, of Park Hills, passed away December 22, 2022, at his home surrounded by his family.  He was born November 7, 1946, in St. Louis, to the late Melvin Earl and Norma (Maloney) Doty.  Richard was a member of the Fellowship Free Will Baptist Church.  He enjoyed fishing and he had a love for his God and family.

          He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Lori Ann Bohnenkamp; and brother, Thomas Doty.

          Richard is survived by his wife of 57 years, Alice “Faye” (Pearl) Doty; daughter, Shanna Hart and husband Larry; grandchildren, Zachary (Cristal) Bohnenkamp, Ethan Hart and Aubrie Hart; sisters, Sheila (Kevin) Culton and Kelley Trotter; son in-law, Stephen Bohnenkamp; several nieces and nephews also survive.

          Arrangements are private under the direction of C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.  Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
