Mr. Richard George Hilderbrand passed away late Tuesday night, September 15, 2015, at the St. Clare Hospital, in Fenton, MO., at the age of 82 years, 4 months & 25 days. Richard was born on April 20, 1933, in Valley Park, MO., & was the son of George Hilderbrand & Mary 'Godefroid' Hilderbrand. Also preceding-in-death were:his wife, Virginia Vernice 'Wideman' Hilderbrand (Aug. 20, 2013); a brother, Charles Hilderbrand, and a niece, Chris Hilderbrand.
Richard was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Farmington; a US NAVY veteran of The Korean War & a former Commander of Kirkwood, MO., AmVets Post #1.
Survivors Include : a daughter, Kay (& Jack Siebert) Asher, of California, MO. 2 sons - Lee (& Gerry) Altis, of St. Charles, MO., & Rick Hilderbrand (& Joyce Reagan), of Farmington. 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; 1 great, great-granddaughter; a nephew, Dick Hilderbrand and a niece, Sharon James.
Visitation Sunday, 5-8 p.m., with a Rosary Sunday evening @ 7 pm. Visitation resumes, Monday, 6:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Funeral Mass : Monday, 11:00 a.m., Sept. 21, 2015,
at : St. Joseph Catholic Church, Farmington, with Fr. James Dyer officiating
LeadBelt Patriot Guard Riders & AmVets Post #1 Riders will lead the funeral procession to Oak Hill Cemetery - 20301 Big Bend Blvd., Kirkwood, MO., for burial with Full Military Honors
