Richard Gary Payne II of Bismarck, MO passed away April 30, 2013. He was born October 2, 1971 in Festus, MO, the son of Richard and Loretta (Camden) Payne. Richard is survived by two sons, Joseph Allen Payne of Jacksonville, AR and Austin Kyle Payne of Cabot, AR, his mother Loretta Payne of Bismarck, MO, his sister, Richelle Payne Rice of Jacksonville, AR, a nephew, Nathan Rice, a niece, Madison Rice both of Jacksonville, AR as well as a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard Payne.
