Richard Howard Scaggs

Richard Howard Scaggs, formerly of Annapolis, MO passed away May 6, 2012 in Jacksonville, FL at the age of 57 years. He was born March 25, 1955 in Ironton, MO the son of the late Howard C. "Sambo" and Beulah (Lewis) Scaggs. Richard is survived by his daughters; Nichole Scaggs and Rachael Scaggs both of Dallas, TX. Also surviving are his brother and sister-in-law James and Susie Scaggs of Annapolis, six sisters; Linda Ward of Annapolis, Karen and husband Rick Johnson of Annapolis, Diane and husband Clifford Mann of Silva, Gayle Eaton of Imperial, Lisa Hovis of Annapolis, Paula and husband Charles Hamilton of Des Arc, six nephews, eight nieces, four great nephews, four great nieces, as well as a host of cousins and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Elizabeth Scaggs. Richard was a 1973 graduate of South Iron High School.
