Robert Burggraaf

     Robert Burggraaf, 79, of Park Hills, passed away August 29, 2022, at his residence.  He was born March 9, 1943, in Oskaloosa, Iowa, to the late Robert Melvin and Bonita LaVerne (McCaulley) Burggraaf and later served his country in the United States Army Reserves.  Robert was a member of the Primrose Baptist Church in Bonne Terre.

     He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Terrel Eugene Burggraaf. 

     Robert was survived by his wife of 9 years, Helen (Whitaker) Burggraaf; children, Sherry Lynette Kernan and Darin Lee (Shonda) Burggraaf; five grandchildren; one deceased grandchild, Jesse; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Rozann Chere Burggraaf, Donald Kevin (Cynthia) Burggraaf and Bonita LaVon (Dennis) Moore.

     A graveside memorial will be held at Woodlawn Cemetery in Leadington, Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 1:00 PM.  Reverend Randy Murphy will be officiating.
