Robert D. Brown

Robert Dale Brown, 79, of Terre Du Lac passed away March 15, 2011 at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis. He was born March 6, 1932 in St. Louis. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre; proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corp.; was a firefighter for Ferguson, MO for 34 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Madeliene (Menefee) Brown; two sisters, Doris Wells and Florence Hefti; brother, William Brown. Robert is survived his wife Betty (McWhorter) Brown; four children, Barbara Line, Richard Brown, Robert Brown and wife Barb, Kevin Brown and wife Christy; nine grandchildren, Tammy, Tommy, Robbie, Maddie, Kevin, Kaleb, James, Aubrey and Autumn; one great-grandson, Michael.Visitation will be Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Bonne Terre. Visitation will resume Friday at 9:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre. Service will be Friday at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Bonne Terre with Rev. Ron Poole officiating. Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
